Under the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan (SNSPA), Safdarjung Hospital conducted a Dental Camp, screening 495 patients with 125 women receiving dental treatment and 205 women & 290 men benefiting from oral health awareness sessions. Oral hygiene kits were distributed to female patients by Doctors For You (DFY), promoting preventive oral care. The event was graced by Director Dr. Sandeep Bansal, MS Dr. Charu, AMS Dr. Arora, Dr. Bhardwaj (HoD, Dental), and Dr. Anurag, who emphasized the importance of awareness, early detection, and preventive dental care.
In addition to dental services, the camp offered ANC checks, TB and NCD screening, immunization, and yoga sessions, ensuring holistic well-being. Today, a total of 11,712 patients availed services, including 5,613 women and 6,099 men. The camp will continue till 2nd October 2025, reaching more patients and strengthening preventive health practices under the SNSPA Abhiyaan.
